SFUSATELLO
The "Sfusato Amalfitano" is one of the most appreciated grades of lemon; it is the fruit which best reflects the bright sunshine of the "Costa d'Amalfi".

Since
early I century A.D., lemon has been amply cultivated in our area throughout the
years. Tanks to the ideal climatic conditions of the "Costa d'Amalfi"
the "sfusato amalfitano" has reached specific particularities. And
then... "popular learning" and its creativity was able to produce a
liqueur which preserves the aromatic and digestive qualities of
"Sfusato".
According
to the true old-fashioned way, Badia produces still today, a liqueur with a
fresh and strong natural bouquet. It is a wholesome natural digestive, ideal if
served very chilled after meals, or at any hour of the day, for the feeling of
delight and quiet it gives.
SFUSATELLO
is obtained by using lemons of controlled agriculture and natural water of the
Monti Lattari sources.
